Ryan Frost to replace Evan Belford at Misano this weekend

2026 Moto4 British Cup Champion Ryan Frost will step up to Moto3 this weekend at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Italy, replacing Evan Belford, who has been unable to recover from injury in time for the final round of the season.

Frost secured the Moto4 British Cup title just two weeks ago, finishing the season with eight wins and 14 podium finishes across 16 races.

This weekend, he will compete in the final round of the FIM Moto Junior World Championship at Misano.

“I’m very grateful for this opportunity to ride for the GRYD Racing Junior Team this weekend. It’s a dream come true to race at such a special circuit on an amazing bike.

A big thank you to everyone who has made this possible”
— Ryan Frost

Meanwhile, Evan Belford continues to recover from an injury to his left hand, which forced him to miss the previous round in Aragón, Spain, and will also rule him out of the season finale at Misano.
