Donington Park: Race Report
The British Superbike Championship teams returned to Donington Park for the second time this season, with Ryan Frost’s Moto4 British Cup title win providing the weekend’s main highlight.

It was a mixed weekend for the team in the premier Superbike class.
Rory Skinner started the weekend’s opening race from the second row of the grid after qualifying sixth in Q2. However, a technical issue forced him to retire while running in sixth position. Danny Kent, who qualified ninth and started from the third row, finished the race in seventh place.
In Race 2, Kent remained inside the top 10 to secure ninth place, while Skinner was unable to finish the race.
The final race of the weekend saw an improved result for Skinner, who crossed the finish line in fifth place. Kent also secured another valuable result, finishing seventh.
Superstock

Simon Reid started the race from ninth on the grid and finished seventh.
Both riders finished inside the top eight in Race 2. with McConnell taking seventh place and Reid finishing eighth.
Sportbike
In Sportbike, Daniel Goodman narrowly missed out on a podium finish after qualifying fourth, with Harley McCabe close behind in fifth place.

Moto4 British Cup: Ryan Frost Crowned 2026 Champion
The championship’s youngest riders arrived for the final round of the season with the title still undecided. Frost led the standings heading into the weekend, but the title fight was far from straightforward.

Frost finally clinched the title in Race 2, taking victory to secure the Moto4 British Cup crown. This meant he could line up for the final race of the season sporting the number 1 and a special livery to celebrate the championship success. He went on to finish fourth in the season finale.
Frost’s team-mates also brought their season to a strong close. The opening race was eventful, with several crashes. Both Álex Remesal Lomas and Thorley Trevorrow crashed while running in podium positions and were unable to finish. Tyler Humphries, meanwhile, secured a podium finish in third place, while Aeziah Divine narrowly missed out, finishing fifth.
In Race 2, Remesal Lomas finished fifth, followed by Humphries in eighth and Trevorrow in ninth after serving a three - second penalty. Divine crossed the line in 12th place.
In the final race, Remesal Lomas finished sixth, Humphries took ninth and Divine came home 12th. Trevorrow was running ninth when he crashed with four laps remaining.
